Eleven St Andrews is a micro-B&B to the north of Leamington Spa offering a double room with ensuite at a reasonable price.

The room is quiet and comfortable and overlooks our delightful back garden.

A delicious breakfast will be prepared to your specification using fresh produce and served in our dining room.

We are centrally located in Warwickshire and within easy reach of Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry.

Our en-suite room, with comfortable king sized bed, is quietly situated on the ground floor overlooking our large rear garden and bird table. Light and airy, and with its own door to the garden, the bedroom has TV and drink making facilities.

The en-suite bathroom has toilet, washbasin and shower with large towels, quality toiletries and hairdryer provided.

Price for 2 people, including breakfast is £60 - £65 per night. Single occupancy including breakfast is £40 - £45 per night.

"An annexe of a house only a few miles from Leamington Spa with all necessary amenities very close by. The room was well proportioned with an extremely comfortable king size bed with a fantastic view of their well looked after garden. The ensuite was very clean and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed with a full view of the garden. The owners were such delightful people and were extremely informative and friendly and it felt like we were staying with family. Price was very competitive and completely worth it and more!"
